SOUND GONG BATH
The density of tones of multiple ancient musical instruments, wherein the major role is played by gong itself, accompanied by crystal and Himalayan bowls, shamanic and ocean drums … creates almost tangible fluctuation of sound. Although the instruments do not actually touch our body, we can feel the sound vibrations moving through our p e r s o n a l vibration and descending from subtler emotional, mental and spiritual levels all the way down to our physicalbody. When the sound waves enter our body they induce a vibration o f the same frequency in our cells – thereby restoring and enhancing our health, vitality and life strength. By such sound support we can more readily release those things in our lives that have already achieved their objective, and then entirely dive into our wished for longings, potentials and zest for life.
