Nordic walk is becoming increasingly popular, as it’s very exciting, firms up all your body, don’t have any age limits, tones your muscles, helps to lose weight, improves overall health immunity and well-being, releases your stress and gives bulk of positive emotions ! We take our training classes under the blue and clear sky of Tivoli Park in Ljubljana. In our an-hour-and-a-half workout, we first warm up, have active Nordic walk (approx. 50 min), do strength training (10 min), end up in stretching exercise.
